Saying "with the 2nd edition" is a bit ambiguous. Does it mean that if you order the 2nd printing, you get this box with it (i.e., "with" is using the 'combined' definition)? Or, if you want this box, you have to order it separately (i.e., "with" is using the 'close association in time' definition?

This is the the deeper box that will ship along with the 2nd edition of Sekigahara, whenever we print it. We're including it on P500 so you guys can get a discount for advance ordering, and will print just enough extra boxes to fulfill the number of P500 orders we get for the box.
